Prior to renting any of our equipment customers must agree to the following waiver & release:

WAIVER AND RELEASE

IN CONSIDERATION of my rental of equipment, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive any claims to which I may become entitled for injury or damage and release 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals), and all other organizers, sponsors, representatives, their agents and employees and any other person or organization assisting in the operation of 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals), from any claims or damages suffered by me, or others, as a result of my participation in any activities arranged for or organized by, or travelling to or from any location.

I FURTHER STATE that I am at least 18 years old and in proper physical condition to participate and use the rental equipment of 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals), and I am aware that this activity could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.

I FURTHER STATE that I am personally responsible for any abuse, loss or damage caused to the equipment, which has been rented to me.

AND IT IS DECLARED that the terms of this Release and Waiver are fully understood and that all terms of this Release and Waiver apply to me, as well as to any and all participants associated to my activities and related to the equipment rental.
