Guests renting our equipment must agree to the following waiver & release prior to using any of our equipment

WAIVER AND RELEASE

IN CONSIDERATION of my rental of equipment, at the location of 'the waterfront' within the City of North Bay I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive any claims to which I may become entitled for injury or damage and release 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals), the City of North Bay, and all other organizers, sponsors, representatives, their agents and employees and any other person or organization assisting in the operation of 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals), from any claims or damages suffered by me as a result of my participation in any activities arranged for or organized by, or traveling to or from any location.

I FURTHER STATE that I am at least 18 years old and in proper physical condition to participate in the rental and use of 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals) equipment and I am aware that this activity could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.

I FURTHER STATE that I am personally responsible for any abuse, loss or damage caused to the equipment, which has been rented to me.

AND IT IS DECLARED that the terms of this Release and Waiver are fully understood and that all terms of this Release and Waiver apply to me, as well as to any and all of my infant children attending 6335454 Canada Ltd. (o/a Fun Rentals).
